Position:  Product Manager

Purpose of the role

Be the product owner to create value for the company through define annual business plan and execution the marketing mix for selected product. Make sure the optimal Product position is established according to the business objective. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities

1. Knows and understands the local markets via Marketing Research, Market visit and Product Benchmark
2. Propose Business Target and Marketing Strategy
3. Propose new product opportunities base on consumer insight
4. Define Product Road Map in liaison with BLC
5. Work out AOP, optimizes and delivers according to Marketing Strategy and Product Plan
6. Define and implement new product launch plan and post review with relative function
7. Define product price according to product positioning to make sure sales and profit on the right track according to the AOP.
8. Chair PSI Plan to ensures continuous management of the goods-flow incl. the phasing in and phasing out.
9. Defines in close conjunction with Sales/BPT new distribution channels
10. Initiates selling in/out promotions in combination with sales and trade marketing, and suggest Marcom budget and give evaluation on Marcom results.
11. Provide sufficient product -information, training, benchmarking information to Sales, C&T mktg and trade
12. Provide product training to organization and key customers
13. Report market dynamics to business management.
14. Responsible for the P/L for the business lines.

Qualifications of the Candidate Required:-

1. Min. 6 years of Business experience, incl. Sales & Marketing
2. Univ. level with Business/ Strategic Marketing direction
3. Experience with product and market introductions
4. Background in fast moving durable goods business
5. Ability to run a P&L
6. Managerial skills in international matrix setting 
7. Team Work Spirit
8. Good Communication Skill
